Returns & Exchanges
At Nota, we want you to enjoy every fragrance you wear. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions:

Perfume bottles can be opened and tested, but must be returned in good condition.
The original packaging must not be damaged or heavily worn.
We offer free returns for all eligible orders.

Refund Process:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.
